Why the can't beat us - Our 5 step process
1. Site Preparation
We carefully isolate the work area, greenery and structures
2. Clean
We apply our environmentally-friendly, biodegradable soap with 160 (degree) hot water. We will use an orbital scrubber if necessary.
3. Rinse
We thoroughly rinse the cleaned surface until all the debris has been removed.
4. Seal
We then apply a flood coat of the appropriate SealMaxx sealant to cleaned surfaces.
5. Clean Up
The surface, now cleaned and sealed, will be ready for use in 24 hours. Before leaving we remove all protective tarps and supplies from the work area.

What is Covered
This warranty covers any failure of our work to perform as stated in our written statements and specifications that have been given to you, with the exceptions stated below.
What Sealmaxx of Greater St. Louis, Inc. Will Do
If our work fails to meet this standard, we will re-apply the sealant without any charge during the warranty period. We will not replace, repair or pay for the effected wood, masonry, concrete or related property.
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Defects, decay, damage or imperfections that exist in the wood, masonry or concrete prior to our work
- Casualties, intentional damage, or acts of God that may harm the wood, masonry or concrete.
- The wood, masonry or concrete that we seal or any property attached to the wood, masonry or concrete.
- Consequential damages or loss of use.
How Long Coverage Lasts
This warranty runs for twenty-five years from the date we tender you a final invoice. If you sell your property, this warranty is transferable to the new owner. This warranty is void if our invoice for our work is not paid in full.
